Life can be difficult. It can also be beautiful. Everyone deserves support during the difficult, beautiful, and in-between. I can accompany you on your journey to a healthier, more satisfying life. I combine multiple approaches to help the client reconnect with their authentic self then provide support while we figure out the neccesary steps to truly honor that self. We each have our own story and I work with each client to help unravel unhelpful patterns, increase coping skills, and build a new life narrative. Ultimately, my hope is to help you become the best version of yourself.
