My practice is informed by the interconnectedness of all things, especially the relationship between mind, body, and spirit (or soul), and the interrelationships between beings. I am influenced by Western psychological theories, as well as holistic, ancestral, and indigenous wellness rituals from around the world. I specialize in grief and loss, particularly death and dying, and the emotional and spiritual work surrounding other significant transitions, rites of passage, and life cycles.
