Women supporting women! As owner and practitioner of Nurtured Balance Therapy, I offer compassionate, collaborative telehealth for women and mothers to give attention to the parts of themselves that often go neglected or unseen in the midst of grief, caregiving, identity shifts, anxiety, trauma, or relationship strain. I offer a validating, nonjudgmental space to explore who you are outside of your roles, responsibilities, and internalized pressures. We can gently explore the parts of you that are over-functioning, self-critical, or dismissed, to begin developing balance, autonomy, and self-acceptance in your life.
