About
If you struggle with anxious thought loops, perfectionism, self-criticism, and/or intrusive thoughts or imagery, we may be a good fit to work together. I strive to apply my extensive background in treating anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders to your individual presentation and experiences. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and affirming space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as your whole self. I have experience helping individuals align with their values and move toward a meaningful life, while changing their relationship to whatever is keeping them stuck (often anxiety or OCD-related). My work is informed in evidence-based practice including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP).
