Is your child struggling with big emotions, anxiety, or challenging behaviors? Children often communicate stress and overwhelm through behavior when they don’t yet have the words to express how they feel. What may look like defiance, withdrawal, or intense emotions is often a sign they need support. I work with children and teens in Chicago with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and emotional or behavioral challenges, helping them build confidence, regulate emotions, and strengthen social and coping skills.
