About
Katrina (she/they) is a Black queer therapist offering affirming, trauma-informed care for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and marginalized individuals. They support clients navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, self-esteem, boundaries, and racial or intergenerational trauma. Using an intersectional, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach, Katrina integrates Relational Cultural Therapy, mindfulness, and body-centered practices to help clients process life’s challenges, reclaim their narratives, and feel empowered, seen, and grounded in their healing. I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship challenges, boundaries, and racial or intergenerational trauma. My approach integrates Relational Cultural Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused care to support healing, resilience, and self-trust.
