I’m most passionate about healthy relationships and empowering you to be your authentic self. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I especially love supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and maternal mental health concerns. Other areas of focus include anxiety and worry, grief and loss, life transitions including divorce or parenting, complex trauma and PTSD, spiritual issues, and family and relationship issues.
