I approach therapy with a holistic and integrative mindset. I believe strongly in the mind body connection, and work with individuals to help them gain a deeper understanding and awareness of this connection within themselves. I am passionate about taking into account each individual’s unique experiences and life stories to find solutions that work best for them. I value creating a safe, judgement free, therapeutic space for all of my clients. I have specialized training to work with individuals who are trying to build a family, are pregnant, or postpartum. I additionally am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which I incorporate to foster healing and resolution around acute and complex trauma, as well as daily life struggles. I love working with individuals across the life span.
