I work relationally and through a trauma-informed lens to explore how you are moving through life and where you want to go. I am guided by social justice and anti-racist practices and try to keep it real as we work together, including our identities and relationships to the world and systems around us. I start from a place of curiosity and openness. From there, we'll integrate tools based on what feels most supportive to you.
