Hello, my name is Katrina and I look forward to learning about your healing journey. In my current practice, I work online and in-person with ages 17 and older on a range of mental health concerns, such as depression, bipolar, and anxiety management, struggles with self-harm and suicidal ideation, LGBTQIA+ empowerment, and life transitions. In addition to offering services based in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and affirmative counseling, I invite clients to consider a constructivist approach, a form of therapy that encourages us all to use the power of our perspective to create meaning out of the challenges we have survived.
