Hi, I’m Dr. Kat, a school and clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience helping kids, teens, and young adults navigate life’s ups and downs. Think of me as someone who’s here to help you (and your family) build resilience, discover what you’re great at, and create strategies that make life feel a bit smoother and more balanced. I work with people facing ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning and social difficulties, OCD, anxiety, and more. My approach is practical, supportive, and built on real strategies that work-no one-size-fits-all solutions here! I also bring a culture- and trauma-informed lens.
