My ideal client is someone who is willing. Sometimes we have tried every tactic in our toolbelt. We have prayed, meditated, read the self help books, and asked for advice, but the problem still feels immovable. The depression is thick, the hopelessness unending. Maybe the anxiety feels it is driving your life. I have a trauma focus, and would love to help you discover how you got where you are. I would love to hear each and every part of your story, help you heal from the roots up. I understand you may not know where to start.
