I enjoy working with teens, families, and adults to assist them in emotional and relational issues. One of my greatest passions is helping others achieve a deep sense of personal growth and to create a life for themselves that brings them joy, fulfillment, and a strong sense of purpose. I care deeply for my clients and really hear them. Reducing worry, improving mood, and helping clients reconnect authentically with themselves and others are some of my favorite goals. I help clients with issues such as past traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, codependency, shame, attachment, and low self-esteem.
