I provide individual and relationship therapy (couples, family, etc) to clients who are struggling to feel securely connected in their most important relationships, with a focus on serving those in healthcare and helping professions (including other therapists) who suppress, avoid, defer, people-please, peace-keep, dissociate, or lash out. Your relationships may feel tense, chaotic, strained, or unfulfilling. The same conflicts replay over and over. It's hard to open up, trust, and rely on others. You need backup. I can help.
