My goal is to help you to overcome your struggles so that you can create lasting positive changes in your life. I have spent 25 years working with clients on anxiety and depression, relational struggles, recovery from divorce, interpersonal trauma, and the mental health impacts of chronic illness. I offer a unique understanding the effects of chronic disease as a person with type one diabetes. I also enjoy working with gifted and 2E individuals to help to explore their unique challenges and strengths.
