I know seeking therapy can feel intimidating, but you made it to the first step. Together, we will explore where you’re stuck - it may be your unhealed trauma(s), your negative/anxious thought patterns, or the relationship skills that no one ever taught you. Based on the goals we set together, I will utilize therapy modalities, such as CBT, Brainspotting, and/or Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
