Hi there! I'm Katy - it's great to meet you. I’m a firm believer that humans contain multitudes and we all have our own stories that shape who we are and how we exist in this world. I work with adults looking for support in all aspects of life, whether it is relational challenges, life transitions, stress and more. I love working with couples who want to change their relational patterns and build relationships that work for them. I am passionate about working with men in exploring healthy masculinity and by challenging the restrictive "shoulds" that they so often hear from a young age.
