If you’ve ever worried a therapist wouldn’t understand your lifestyle, feared being judged for infidelity or relationship conflict, or felt misunderstood around sex, identity, or desire, you’re in the right place. I work with adults and couples seeking trauma-informed therapy for relationship issues, intimacy and sex concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also work extensively with women around confidence, self-trust, body image, and sex positivity. Many of my clients grew up in religious households and and are now deconstructing what that experience means for them as adults—emotionally and relationally.
