I believe that with every new day, there is hope for change. Life brings us so many stressful situations. When you feel it is hard for you to bear the burden alone, I am here to help. I love being a therapist. From our first meeting, you will be able to feel the enthusiasm I have for this work. And within a few sessions, you will likely begin to feel something you may not have felt in a long time...hope. I am trained to treat all major mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in adults and teens.
