Hello! My name is Katy Gonzalez! I am an Air Force veteran and military spouse, and want to provide care to individuals of all ages and military families. I have a deep understanding of the grieving process, anxiety, and depression. I believe that everyone has to potential for growth, change, and approach this in my method of counseling. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my son, dog and husband, Brazilian jiu jitsu, performing stand-up comedy, and working on my podcast.
