Stressed? Burned out? Anxious? Depressed? Overwhelmed by the world? Difficulty communicating? Feeling disconnected from your partner or yourself? The world is a crazy messy place sometimes (especially lately). Our past and current circumstances often create a difficult place to be in our thoughts and our feelings and we often can feel “stuck” in our current circumstances.
