I’m an adoptee and an existential, relational art psychotherapist. I work across the adoption constellation and support burnout in individuals, families, and full systems. My focus is identity, belonging, disrupted attachment, and the long-term impact of early experiences on how people relate, cope, and move through the world. I support people of all abilities across the lifespan, expertise is with developmental delays, sensory needs, autism, ADHD, complex medical needs, cognitive decline, and more. I am equally passionate about supporting caregivers, parents, educators, clinicians, and agencies who dedicated to serving them.
