As a therapist with over 20 years of experience, I am pragmatic, practical and invested in seeing my clients flourish. My goal is to help individuals understand their needs as to live a life worth living. I love teaching skills that offer the know-how necessary to overcome unwanted patterns and opt for more effective approaches yielding more desired results. Witnessing and accompanying individuals of all ages through the process of healing is a true passion of mine. I am awed by the courage it takes to start the journey towards a better tomorrow and honored by the trust I am bestowed.
