Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and woman of color, who brings a unique perspective rooted in cultural understanding and awareness. I received my Masters from Florida International University and have been practicing for 5 years. With my passion for empowering individuals, my therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices with compassionate understanding of diverse experiences. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and discuss challenges that you're facing and their interference with your life. This will allow me to create a therapeutic plan for us to work through in upcoming sessions.
