Thank you for being here! I'm Kay. I help clients navigate feelings of overwhelm and the challenges of new transitions. Whether it's becoming a parent, experiencing loss or taking on a new role, I take time to really get to know each individual client by hearing their story and identifying their goals, values and what matters most to them.
