I want to help you just where you are. When you walk in my door, our journey begins. I am absolutely passionate about people! I want you to be successful in your personal life as well as your professional/ business life. We will begin with your current symptoms, dysfunctions, or just plain unhappiness. 98% of the time we are the walking wounded trying to function as if we are "fine" and nothing is "bothering me". This state of constant repression of our emotions will cause anxiety, depression, physical illness, phobias, and eventually an event will happen that leads to emotional crisis....the proverbial last straw. The initial session is the time you get to tell your story. My most important concern is for you the client to feel safe mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I utilize a variety of counseling tools for your personal treatment plan. There is short term solution-focused therapy and long term support therapy.
