I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and have been an Army spouse since 2003. I accept clients in Virginia and Georgia. Change is constant and flexibility is a necessity. I have worked with Soldiers, military families, government workers, and civilians. I work with clients to set specific goals to work towards in a nonjudgmental, safe space. I will work with clients, focusing on your strengths. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I believe that small changes can sometimes lead to bigger changes.
