One of my passions in life is to help others succeed and reach their full potential. With my warm, caring, and empathetic approach to counseling, I help to foster self-esteem and instill a sense of self-worth in my clients and help you through the challenges you face. With over fifteen years as a school counselor, working with adolescents, pre-teens, and adults, I know how important it is to find someone that you can entrust with your emotions and feelings. Whatever you may be dealing with (major life transitions, depression, anxiety, family-relationship problems, etc.), I can help you access the tools and resources you need.
