I earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from NM Highlands University in NM, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic practices. My areas of expertise include individual therapy, trauma-informed care, gender/sexuality affirming care, and Neurodivergence. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings and create the changes they want in their lives.
