We all are subject to stresses in life that can include loss and grief, mood-related concerns, life transitions, chronic illness, aging issues, relationship issues and other obstacles that interfere with our ability to lead happy and productive lives. I truly enjoy working with individuals to find solutions for personal concerns in their lives. I believe in a strengths focused, problem solving approach and supporting my clients' values as they work through their challenges.
