Hello, I am a dedicated substance abuse counselor committed to helping individuals navigate their recovery journey with compassion, understanding, and firsthand experience. Walking the path of recovery myself, I bring a unique perspective to the recovery process, offering professional guidance and the empathy and insight that come from lived experience. At Sunshine Psychotherapy in Tucson, we provide a safe and supportive environment for clients struggling with addiction, helping them rebuild their lives with resilience and purpose. Our approach integrates evidence-based therapeutic techniques with holistic methods. My personal approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where together we can explore your unique challenges and develop personalized strategies for lasting change. Therapeutically, my areas of practice include addiction, anxiety, depression, the LGBTQI population, and grief. I enjoy working with people ages 18 and older.
