When life feels overwhelming, confusing, or emotionally heavy, it can be hard to know where to turn. I work with children, adolescents, individuals, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, and more. Many of my clients are looking for a safe space to feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe meaningful change happens through a supportive therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect. Together, we work to build insight, resilience, and confidence, helping clients feel more empowered and less alone as they move toward growth and emotional well-being!
