I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment for teens, adults, couples and families to talk about their struggles. Working through complicated emotions, I help identify unhelpful patterns and thoughts. We can work together to develop positive growth and healing. My clients represent a diverse group of backgrounds and settings who have overcome anxiety, depression intergenerational and racial trauma, domestic abuse, family and relational conflicts, addiction, and other major challenges. I am passionate about connecting and helping through life's more human moments.
