As a 1st generation Filipinx immigrant, I understand the complexities of growing up between cultures and the impact this can have on identity, relationships, and well-being. I'm deeply passionate about working with BIPOC and AANHPI communities and bring years of experience supporting individuals navigating intergenerational trauma, religious and spiritual abuse, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and complicated grief. I believe in meeting clients where they are while also gently challenging them to foster insight, growth, and meaningful change.
