You might also be a parent who is struggling to find help for your child who has been acting out and are at a loss of what to do. As a client-centered and trauma-informed counselor, I work from a place of empathy and deep understanding. Painful experiences, attachment wounds, and dysfunctional family patterns can all impact our present functioning. I have expertise in treating individuals with trauma backgrounds, PTSD, anxiety, depression, family conflict, and relationship issues.
