About
I want to take a moment to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. Reaching out for support is not always easy, but it’s a powerful first step toward healing, growth, and creating the life you want. Whether you’re facing trauma, grief, substance use, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, relationship struggles, or major life changes, you don’t have to go through it alone. I work with adults, couples, and families who are ready to start making intentional changes and find hope again. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and honest. I combine trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and positive psychology to help you not only manage symptoms but also tap into your strengths and create a life that feels meaningful. I believe healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and understood, so I bring warmth, transparency, and a touch of humor to our sessions.
