Hi there! I’m Kayla Block, the owner of Spectrum of Growth Counseling, and I’m so glad you’re here. I truly enjoy supporting adults as they explore and understand their neurodivergent identities. Whether you were diagnosed with autism or ADHD as a kid, or you're just starting to make sense of your diagnosis now as an adult, I’d love to work with you and be a part of your journey. Feeling like you’re “too self-aware” for therapy? That’s more common than you might think! I often combine approaches like EMDR and IFS parts work, which can really dig into the deeper stuff that traditional talk therapy might not fully get to. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I have found to be an invaluable tool for treating trauma and PTSD. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS).
