With several years of experience across diverse settings—schools, outpatient clinics, and hospitals—I am deeply passionate about helping young women navigate the critical stages of college life, relationships, and major life transitions. I specialize in supporting individuals through this formative phase, helping them build confidence, manage anxiety, and develop the tools to thrive in adulthood. While I’ve worked with clients of all ages, my focus is on guiding young adults through the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this stage of life. I believe that we’re all doing the best we can, but life sometimes throws us more than we know how to handle. Therapy can be a powerful way to develop the skills needed to move forward toward peace, happiness, and a sense of belonging.
