About
I am passionate about learning about and helping others, which was my purpose in pursing the mental health field. Since entering the field, I have worked with individuals of all ages dealing with significant mental and behavioral health concerns. I have focused on educating myself to be a trauma-informed clinical and to focus my areas of expertise for adolescents and adults dealing with issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-injurious behaviors and interpersonal difficulties. I offer teletherapy services for Florida clients due to being stationed in North Carolina as an Army spouse presently. I work with adults who are dealing with various issues related to mental well being. I work with the following to name a few; grief, stress/anger management, parenting, life transitions, depression, anxiety, military related issues (family members, active duty and veterans), interpersonal relationship issues to include marriage, trust, and communication.
