As a licensed therapist with experience in supporting individuals facing health crises, I am dedicated to helping you find strength, resilience, and peace through even the most difficult times. I also offer support to caregivers with a focus on managing stress, addressing burnout, and nurturing your well-being so that you can continue offering care without losing yourself in the process. Whether mourning the loss of a loved one or processing the impact of illness, I provide a safe place to grieve and heal.
