I believe that everyone has the tools they need to implement the changes they want. As a therapist is it my job to help you access these tools. I aim to create an open, safe, and supportive environment that will allow you to feel seen and heard. Every person has their own unique life experiences so there is no room for a one-size-fits all attitude. Whether you are seeking answers or relief, or just feel alot of uncertainty, we will work to restore clarity in your life. Through compassion, Kindness and insight you will be challenged to broaden your perspectives to implement the changes you desire. In our first session together, we will start with introductions, start to build rapport, then dive into the specific challenges your facing. I mainly practice through a solution-focused lens meaning your goal is my goal.
