My intention is always to guide you with authenticity and compassion to facilitate your unique unfolding and reach YOUR goals. I believe in using a holistic approach to heal the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in Mindfulness-Based, DBT, energy healing and Narrative Therapy to help promote self-compassion, healthy coping skills, and inner healing so you can start living more fully and purposefully.
