Hi! My name is Kayla, and I’m an LPCC in California. I work with individuals navigating generational and cultural trauma, challenges around self-worth, and the pressures of perfectionism. I identify as a Christian therapist and can thoughtfully integrate a faith-based perspective when appropriate; however, my practice is open to everyone and rooted in a deep commitment to meeting you with warmth, understanding, and care. I particularly love supporting adults in transitional stages of life, particularly ages 18–35, offering a steady support and sounding board as you navigate the unique challenges that come with this season.
