My passion as an LLMSW include helping adults, couples, and older teens, struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, pre and postpartum challenges, relational challenges, and various life obstacles. I am confident that my skillset, along with the use of evidence-based practices, will provide you with the tools and confidence you need to overcome any barriers that may be standing in the way of a wholesome and fulfilling life. In our sessions, we will work together in order to overcome the current obstacles you may be facing.
