Making the decision to start therapy can be a step that feels very big, scary, vulnerable, or even exciting, but this is also a step to be proud of in your decision to prioritize yourself and your mental health. My priority is to ensure that you feel well-supported, heard, and that your experience in therapy is meaningful and effective in helping you reach your goals. I have experience working with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, overcoming anxiety and depression, and working through trauma. I take a client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy, being sure that you feel we are working as a team.
