Hi there, I'm Kayla! It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy, SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
