I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) born and raised on the island of Oahu, working with clients statewide in Hawaii via telehealth. I recognize that therapy can be daunting and confusing and with trust and openness, I firmly believe every person has the mastery to navigate life and its stressors. An important caveat I often tell my clients is that my role as your therapist is not to 'fix' you or remove the problems that are causing pain and distress, but rather to support you in learning how to navigate and work alongside these changes and setbacks.
