I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, identity exploration, and other obstacles that can hold people back from living their fullest lives. While I work with individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations, I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have a particular focus on working with men who may be newer to therapy and are interested in deepening their self-awareness and building emotional communication skills.
