Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s important to feel supported and understood from the start. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space where clients feel safe being themselves and exploring whatever brings them to therapy. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences, challenges, and transitions. I am especially committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, grounded in respect and compassion.
