Hello! My name is Kayla and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (158410). I am passionate about working with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, self-esteem, and self-identity. I am also deeply passionate about working with children in order to help them develop socio-emotional skills that can serve as a foundation for their current and future relationships. My goal is to help each person I work with feel seen, empowered, understood, and capable of creating positive change.
